This is about teaching you methods to help you reach your full potential by training your mind.

You are always creating your future.  Your actions, beliefs, dreams, feelings, goals, thoughts, and values create your reality.

One very important part of your brain responsible in helping you to reach your goals and to get what you want is the Reticular Activating System (RAS).  The Reticular Activating System acts like a filter between your conscious mind and your unconscious mind; sifting through billions of bits of information at any given time and presenting only the bits that are important for your conscious mind to pay attention to.  The RAS filters the world through the parameters you give it, such as your beliefs, thoughts, and whatever you are focusing your intent on at the moment.  Setting your intent plays a fundamental role in encouraging your unconscious mind to bring forth a desired goal.  Have you ever noticed that after you have decided to purchase something like a new vehicle, and shortly thereafter, you see cars everywhere like the one you want? That is how your RAS works.

If you focus intently on what you want and what you want to do, your Reticular Activating System will reveal the people, information, and opportunities that help you achieve your goals and reach your full potential.  In other words, by changing the stories we tell ourselves from you can’t do or don’t want to do and by asking empowering questions like what can I do today to feel better and to be better than yesterday or what can I do today to work towards by goals, you are tuning your RAS and it will begin to look for the answers to your questions.  Focus on what you don’t want and what you cannot do, you will invite negativity into your life.
